Privacy Policy

Pastor Emma Digital Library (“PEDL”) is operated by WOT Ministries International. This policy covers the website at pedl.wotnation.org and the account you create on it. If you only read the site without signing in, we do not create a record of you.

When you create an account, we store:

• your email address, which identifies your account;
• your name, if you give one — it is optional;
• your password, as a one-way hash. We cannot read your password, and neither can anyone with access to the database.

While you use the library, we also store:

• which teachings you opened, when, and how long you listened or watched;
• which devotionals you have marked as read;
• your subscription plan and its dates, if you have one;
• a record of anything you have purchased.

We keep the listening record for one reason: so the library can show you where you left off and what you have already been through. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside the ministry.

Card and mobile-money details never reach us. PEDL does not process payments itself and holds no card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Where a purchase or subscription is recorded, we store only the amount, the currency and the date.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone, for any purpose.

Signing in sets one cookie. It holds your session so the site knows it is still you as you move between pages, and nothing else. It is removed when you sign out. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Ministry staff with an administrator account can see the accounts on the platform and the content records attached to them, in order to run the library and support you. Nobody outside the ministry is given access.

The site is hosted on a server operated on the ministry’s behalf. Traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted.

Write to info@wotmi.org from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. When an account is deleted, everything attached to it goes with it — the listening record, the devotional log, the subscription record and the purchase record are all removed at the same time, not kept behind.

You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct anything that is wrong, at the same address.

PEDL is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child has an account here, write to us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we store or who can see it, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the site.
